Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Transport Science, Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Planning and Management, Development Studies, Project Management, Engineering etc.)
- CS Professional 2nd level eligibility or RA 1080
- At least 4 hours of relevant training
- At least 1 year relevant experience in the following
- transport engineering
- environmental planning, urban planning
- plan formulation and development
- project monitoring and evaluation
- development of technical reports and documents
- infrastructure and urban development/urban renewal projects
- research and analysis
- Work experience in the national/local government is preferred
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication in filipino and English language
- proficiency in using microsoft office and other relevant software
Planning Officer I
Salary Grade 11

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Human Ecology, Environmental Planning and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Social science, economics, engineering etc.)
- CS Professional 2nd level eligibility/ RA 1080
- At least 4 hours of relevant training
- At least 1 year relevant experience in the following
- Data gathering, research and analysis
- Environmental planning, urban planning and land use planning
- Plan formulation and development
- Project monitoring and evaluation
- Development of technical reports and documents
- Work experience in the national/local government is preferred
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication in Filipino and English language
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Planning Officer II
