Job Description

Job Description
- Supervises the implementation of programs, projects, and activities of the Policy, Planning, and Monitoring Unit on the population and development program components.
- Develops and formulates the Unit plan and Regional Work and Financial Plan in accordance to the thrusts and priorities of the agency.
- Prepares/review activity, unit and required regional reports.
- Coordinates with regional and local partners in the conduct of demand generation activities and strategies for RPFP, AHD, and POPDEV
- Organizes, coordinates, conducts meetings with stakeholders for the effective and efficient implementation of population and development and health-related programs.
- Gathers and compiles updated population-related local policies; directory list of local RP-FP health officers, workers and volunteers as well as those of regional and local partners/offices involved in the implementation of RPFP and AHD strategies.
- Provides technical assistance to partners and stakeholders in the implementation of programs on responsible parenthood and family planning, adolescent health, and population and development integration.
