❖ Update and review data in the database of properties in the Department, Consular Offices, and Foreign Service Posts;

❖ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation;
❖ Manage and keep database record on the issuance/distribution of official mobile phones;
❖ Monitor the subscription of mobile phone plans in coordination with appropriate offices; and
