- Develops and implements capacity building plan and other training activities for field office staff related to monitoring and evaluation.
- Undertakes and facilitates activities for ODsus to develop and implement the M&E plan
- Leads/participates in the development and conduct of monitoring and evaluation studies working closely with other Office/divisions and stakeholders.

Social Welfare Officer II

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage cases of regular Foster Care parents/families following the turn-around period prescribed by RA 10165 and pertinent policies.
- Conduct bi monthly/quarterly supervisory visits to children under foster care and submit monitoring reports within prescribed timeline.
- Facilitate issuance/renewal of foster license(every 3 years) and foster placement authority (every year) and provision of subsidies (monthly) to children under foster care following the prescribed turn around period.
- Provide technical assistance to partner stakeholders, including local government units and child placing agencies on RA 10165 related concerns.
- Prepare, update and submit caseload inventories on quarterly basis.
- Update data bank of RA 10165 cases.
- Implement advocacy campaigns and activities related to RA 10165.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

- Facilitates advocacies, information dissemination to prevent occurrence of complaints and grievances
- Assist in the implementation of Ao 20 s 2018 or the empower guideline
- Assist in preparation and monitoring of WFP implementation
