Procurement Officer III
Job Description
The Procurement officer III shall provide assistance in the development and completion of all procurement activities under the MMFMP. His/ her duties and responsibilities include the following:
- assistance to the procurement specialist in all procurement activities
- assistance in the preparation of purchase requests, terms of reference, bidding documents and other procurement documents
- monitoring of status of procurement processes for all subprojects
- coordination with key internal and external parties
- surveying of reliable contact vendors for proposals/quotations
- performance of other duties as may be assigned by the procurement specialist
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, at least 4 hours of relevant training and at least 1 year relevant experience in the field of procurement (prior experience in procurement in the government sector is a huge advantage).
- Knowledge and familiar with procurement standards, policies and practices
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people both internally and externally
- Strong planning, management and coordination skills with the ability to organize a substantial and concurrent workload comprised of complex and diverse tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Fiscal Examiner I
Job Description
The Fiscal Examiner I shall provide assistance in the review and processing of disbursement vouchers under the MMFP. His/her duties and responsibilities include the following:
- assistance to the Accounting Division in the level 1 review and processing of DVs for payment of goods, services and infrastructure sub projects of the MMFP
- coordination with various offices for the completion of requirements for the processing of payment for MMFP sub projects
- review of disbursement and liquidation reports of the MMFP Project Management Office
- preparation of journal entry vouchers
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the jo, at least 4hours of relevant training and at least 1 year relevant experience (prior experience in government accounting process, taxation and financial management is a huge advantage)
- Knowledgeable and familiar with government auditing standards
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
- Organized and with strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Administrative Officer I
Job Description
The Administrative Officer I shall provide administrative assistance in the daily operations of the MMFP Project Management Office. His/her duties and responsibilities include the following:
- assistance to the PMO in the performance of administrative tasks
- performance of office management duties and other related tasks for the efficient operation of the PMO
- support in ensuring adequate human and physical resources availability
- preparation of administrative letters, memoranda and other paper work
- arrangement of the calendar of meetings of the PMO
- management of records and information and organization of file database
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, at least 4 hours of relevant training and at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people both internally and externally
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to be trained
- Computer literate and adept in using Microsoft office
