Administrative Officer I

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • 60 hours of relevant training

Provincial Population and Development Coordinator (PPDC)-Palawan

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course related to medical science, social work, social science, research, behavioral science, communication, management or related to development work
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience along Responsible Parenthood, Family Planning, Reproductive Health, Population and Gender Projects preferably at the local government/community level
  • 32 hours of relevant training
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written), counseling, facilitating, and negotiating skills
  • Can work harmoniously with different program partners; able to share knowledge and information openly and displaying cultural and gender sensitivity
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and internet applications
  • Willing to be assigned in the depressed and disadvantage areas and be based in the province of assignment
  • Willing to travel and report to the Regional Population Office to attend meetings and submit reports and
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision

Information Officer I

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • 4 hours of relevant training
